What is Corporate Training? How it works?

 

       Corporate training is also known as corporate education or also called as workplace learning. It is a system of activities that are designed to educate the employees. This helps the employers as it helps them to get the hone knowledge and skills to progress professionally and personally.

    Some of the objectives of the training are:

>FACE TO FACE TRAINING:

     This the most commonly used training method. This type of training will take an average of 42 percent of an organization's training hours. It gives the opportunity for the employees to as trainers questions. Mainly it allows building the relationship between employee and the trainer and other employees also. This method will take the traditional classroom style training. It involves smaller group discussions, role playing, case study reviews, demonstrations, and even games.

 

>ON THE JOB TRAINING:

      This on the job training will directly go into the practice which will skip all the concepts and theory. This will allow the employees to get hands-on experience of their roles quickly. This type of training will help to boost the information recollection and improve knowledge. Anyway, others would prefer for the concept first before directly going into the practice.

 

>ONLINE LEARNING TRAINING:

       77 percent of the American companies use this type of training. Online training programs are easier to know newer learning technologies. Online training can restrict the personal connections that a face to face training program can provide. 

 

>ACTIVE LEARNING:
